Dieric Elders

Dieric Elders (1964, business economist at Erasmus University) worked for 15 years as a CFO of social organizations, after which he spent 20 years overseeing large (real estate) projects, interim management assignments, real estate recovery programs, and corporate recovery processes.

Dieric Elders has specialized expertise in the leisure, education, and healthcare sectors. In recent years, his work has focused primarily on real estate recovery programs within the Cure and Care sectors, where he guides large-scale investment and divestment processes.

Any potential sales processes are managed end-to-end for the client, following a value creation trajectory.

Ruud Wijtman

Ruud Wijtman (1964, Facility Management – The Hague University of Applied Sciences; Communication Science – Radboud University Nijmegen) is a facility and business management professional who has worked independently for over 24 years. He specializes in real estate processes, long-term housing plans, interior design concepts, internal organizational control, data management, and lease negotiations and/or contract renegotiations.

In addition, he has extensive experience with (governance-level) decision-making processes and the associated communication.
